We are writing this letter with sincere appreciation for your exquisite workmanship, honesty, integrity and professionalism. Your designer (Marc Nagel) is to be commended. As you may be aware, my husband and I received 3 bids for a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. It was, as you can imagine, extremely overwhelming to say the least.
Upon meeting with Marc Nagel of Alan Jackson Pools, my husband and I both knew, our search had ended… we need look no further. Marc is genuine, sincere, creative and, most of all, honest. The promises he made were all kept!
Initially, we were told that the entire process would take 3 months from start to finish (weather permitting). Due to the team work of your institution, it only took Alan jackson Pools 10 weeks to complete everything!!! You are the best and surpassed by none.
Again, a huge thank you to all your office staff (Tara, Gretchen etc.) for all their efforts, attention to detail, unwavering patience with our silly questions and various phone calls and, most of all, their diligence and hard work. We absolutely love our new pool and Jacuzzi and we admire the professionalism of all the various contractors from beginning to end! Not to mention all of Jordan’s efforts, Felipe’s creative ability and, of course, Jim and Shawn who showed us how to use all our new equipment and enjoy the final product!
