You deserve the highest praise possible for the outstanding quality pool built in my backyard. Marc Nagel is by far the most professional and accommodating designer I have encountered. It was such a pleasure dealing with a first class outfit!
From the initial visit to the very end of the project, Marc was in constant contact to update me and provide answers to any questions. Marc would say, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” Although I did worry, Marc would always be sure everything was done.
It was such a pleasure dealing with a first class outfit! Every time I called the office, Gretchen and Tara were superb. No question went unanswered. No concern left unattended.
